Do
I have to pay creditors directly?
ANSWER
: No. The payments
that you agree to make to your creditors
are paid to us, usually monthly, and
we then take care of making the payments
to creditors.
We will keep the payments
we receive from you in a separate
client account that will be designated
with your name.
In order to make the
process as easy as possible for you
we accept the payments by cheque,
cash, direct debit or standing order.
We can also arrange for you to have
a paying in book. This
option is often preferred by people
who are paid weekly and therefore
prefer to make their IVA payments
weekly.
